Yes. Any turbo setup will require a proper tune to safely control fuel, timing, boost, and drivability.

For mild street setups, a healthy 4L60E may work, but higher power builds should use a properly built 4L80E.

Yes, depending on the power goal. Lower boost street setups can work with a healthy stock engine and proper tuning.

The fuel system depends on horsepower goal, fuel type, injector size, and boost level. Higher power setups need upgraded pumps, injectors, and lines.

Yes, the kit is designed to retain A/C

Yes, the kit is designed around 2WD and 4WD compatibility.

A 3-inch intercooler works well for many street setups, while higher power goals may benefit from a 4-inch intercooler Trimming is required on 99-02 trucks to fit a 4" intercooler.

We can help match the kit to your existing turbo setup as long as the turbo size, flange, and outlet configuration are compatible. Our Kit utilizes a T4 Flange, make sure your turbo is compatible.

Unfortunaltely we do not currently offer a T6 kit. However, we will be offering a twin T4 kit in the near future. Estimated release date of Q4 of 2026.
