For customers wanting more power while keeping the truck streetable.

- Better for built engines

- 4L80E swap highly recommended
Race / Max Effort
VSR 80mm Billet 96x88 1.25 T4
For serious power goals, built drivetrain setups, and race-focused trucks.
- 900–1000+ RWHP capable
- Built engine recommended
- Converter strongly recommended
- 4L80E absolutely necessary for reliability

No Wastegate
Only select this if you already have your own wastegate.
Downpipe Option
Choose whether you want a downpipe included. The correct downpipe is selected automatically based on truck year.
Add Downpipe
Adds the correct downpipe for the truck year selected above.
- We will include the correct Downpipe based on the year vehicle you selected
- Can be used as a starting point for hood or fender exit
- Direct bolt-on fitment with threaded Oxygen Sensor bung
No Downpipe
Only select this if you want to build your own exhaust routing or already have a downpipe.
Cold Side Option
Choose whether you want the cold side included. If selected, the correct charge pipe and VS Racing 50mm BOV are added automatically.
Add Cold Side
Adds the cold side kit, the correct charge pipe for your truck year, and the VS Racing 50mm BOV.

- Includes all clamps, couplers, and pre-bent tubing necessary for installation

- Unlocks intercooler options
No Cold Side
Only select this if you already have your own cold side setup.
Intercooler Option
The intercooler helps control intake air temperature. Intercooler options require the cold side to be selected.
3” Thick Intercooler
Good street option with easier packaging and great response.
- Best for street use
- Great for quick spool setups
- Recommended for 7875 builds
4” Thick Intercooler
Better for higher horsepower setups and repeated hard pulls.
- Best for higher power
- Better heat control
- Recommended for 80/87 and 80/96 builds
No Intercooler
Only select this if you already have an intercooler or are not adding the cold side.
